This commit adds additional IOTOP and SCHEDTOP logs to log rotate.

Tested On: Hardware,  Master-branch

Test Plan:
	PASS - Build ISO
	PASS - Install Custom ISO successfully.
	PASS - Successfully Bootstrap and Unlock.
	PASS - Confirm Log rotation of logs.
