Eduardo dos Santos França c224fe6ca8 Add platform managed key to sts silicom metadata ...

This change adds "platform_managed_app: yes" to the application
metadata, indicating it should be managed by the application
framework.

Test Plan:
PASS: build-pkgs and build-image
PASS: upload and apply application
PASS: check auto update to next version
PASS: remove and delete application
