Caio Correa 8f48b9723d Change kubectl docker image repository ...

To address a change in the bitnami repository where old images
got moved to "bitnamilegacy" repository, all references of the
image 'kubectl:1.29' were changed to the new repository.

Test Plan:
PASS - Build application
PASS - Fresh install and grant kubectl access from inside the
       container (SX,DX)
