Previous versions of jsonschema (<3.2.0) doesn't support python 3.8 [1]. Python 3.8 is part of the victoria supported runtimes [2] so we now force to use jsonschema version 3.2.0 to avoid issues, remove ambiguity and ensure that everything works with python 3 in general. Tacker is an OpenStack based NFV Orchestrator service with built-in general purpose VNF Manager to deploy and operate Virtual Network Functions (VNFs) on an OpenStack based NFV Platform. It is based on ETSI MANO Architectural Framework and provides a fully functional stack to orchestrate VNFs end-to-end.

Tacker code base supports OpenStack master and other releases. Please follow the instructions in the above address for a successful installation of corresponding release.
