* Update openstacksdk from branch 'master'
  to a0da527edce0dc05813db75008ac763bd4d3ac54
  - identity: Add tokens
    
    This is mostly handled by keystoneauth, but there are a few non-auth
    APIs that we can currently only handle with keystoneclient. Close that
    gap.
