xiexs b1556c2009 ironic: Add trigger crash dump support to ironic driver
This patch adds a new method "trigger_crash_dump" to Ironic virt
driver. Ironic supports this feature since Ironic API version 1.29.
It also requires python-ironicclient >= 1.11.0.
