Slawek Kaplonski c72b3d1f38 Switch Fedora based job to Centos Stream

Now it's better to use Centos Stream than Fedora as it should be more
stable and closer to RHEL really. So lets switch Fedora based
periodic/experimental job to the Centos 9 Stream.
