Slawek Kaplonski 4dc261adb6 Fix bindep for rpm platforms

In rpm platforms package libpq-dev is called libpq-devel. There is also
no 'libczmq4' package there.
Additonally package 'libnetfilter-log' is named 'libnetfilter_log' on rpm
platforms and it is not available on RHEL.

Neutron FWaaS

This package contains the code for the Neutron Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) service. This package requires Neutron to run.
