wangkf 74201d5b17 Put tests in correct location for ironic/api/controllers/v1/
This is a follow up to If251e5611ad5168c72705bd1e81bfd233ec374bf

Moves test_volume, test_volume_connectors and test_volume_targets
to ironic/api/controllers/v1

Files are renamed to match files they test:

* test_volume_connectors -> test_volume_connector
* test_volume_targets -> test_volume_target

Ironic

Ironic consists of an API and plug-ins for managing and provisioning physical machines in a security-aware and fault-tolerant manner. It can be used with nova as a hypervisor driver, or standalone service using bifrost. By default, it will use PXE and IPMI to interact with bare metal machines. Ironic also supports vendor-specific plug-ins which may implement additional functionality.

Ironic is distributed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0. The full terms and conditions of this license are detailed in the LICENSE file.
