Monty Taylor 54ed0aa7a1 Add roles dir in system-config to roles path

This doesn't exist yet, but is coming in the needed-by patch. Add the
roles dir in system-config to the roles path.

Puppet-OpenStack-Infra Spec Helper

This gem provides transitive dependencies for the OpenStack Puppet Modules OpenStack Infra Modules.

Usage

Include this gem in your Gemfile:
