lbonatti c449a746a1 Fix RR diff between deploy show and host-list 
Deploy show receives some additional fields to help VIM in some
strategy steps however the reboot_required field is overridden
leading to an error when the target release in rollback is a NRR.
This commit fixes this behavior by removing the overridden line.

Test Plan:
PASS: Check both commands (show, host-list) have consistent
data.
PASS: VIM rollback strategy from stx11 to stx10.400 finishes
with success.
