During Debian AIO-SX unlock, the status command receive return
code 69 instead of 2 as in CentOS.
Also, the pid file is not created as in CentOS upon stop is called.
This change covers both conditions on the ocf script to be managed
by SM.
This change handles UAR 32.

PASS: AIO-SX successfully bootstraped
PASS: AIO-SX successfully unlocked
