Stephen Finucane 97549a2c41 Handle unsetting '[DEFAULT] dhcp_domain' ...

Fix a long-standing issue whereby setting 'dhcp_domain' to 'None' would
result in a hostname of '${hostname}None' instead of '${hostname}'.
