René Ribaud f7d99623ed Bump MIN_{LIBVIRT,QEMU} for "Epoxy" ...

The minimum required version of QEMU is now 6.2.0, and of libvirt is
8.0.0.

Minimum cleanup to make the tests happy.
Adjust the related unit tests accordingly.

Following patch will clean all constants not useful anymore.
