* It merges the intree freezer tempest plugin to a the newly seperated repo freezer-tempest-plugin * Moves freezer/tests/integration/common.py to under freezer-tempest-plugin as it is consumed in tests/api/base.py . * Excluding freezer/tests/freezer_tempest_plugin/tests/api/test_version.py as it is dependent on freezer project and it should be moved under integration tests.
